HELP...need ideas for full liquids stage!
i added vegatable soup to any thing i wanted to eat and put it in the blender! i blended any and every kind of bean known to man with various seasonings like emerils and lowerys.whooo i had some gas but i also had some protien. mix sf jelly with lowfat ricotta cheese. i still eat this for breakfast! best of luck this part was discouraging for me! i'm so impatient!youll be fine. vicki g
