4 Month Update!

You are doing great! I have been missing in action because my computer is in the shop. I don't get to check regularly. Sorry! I have now lost 111 pounds and can wear a size 8 in pants with elastic. In jeans I still need a 10 or 12, depending on who makes them! Isn't this great! I put up all my decorations this year - by myself! My daughter and husband used to have to do it. I had a blast! I am just loving life now! Take care! Genie
