lap band over bypass

Any lap band patients over a prior gastric bypass? Was it successful? Thanks!!! Susan

Hi, I had my lap band Nov 20th. I can't say for sure about success but I am down 13 lbs since surgery. I had the old JIB and my stomach was not altered. I searched hi and lo for docs who had put a band over bypass and for patients who had this done. I connected with a few and most were RNY patients.
