San Antonio Reunion

Hi, all! We're getting all set for the reunion. Everyone needs to fill out the questionnaire and get it sent in. We need to know how many people are attending so we can finish setting up the catering. This is supposed to be done no later than Wednesday. It's also the last chance to have any input into where we'll meet on Friday and whether or not we want a late breakfast or early lunch on Saturday. Remember, you don't have to be a patient of Dr Aguirre to attend. Thanks!

how do we get the questionnaire and info.. i want to go,but have not paid anything yet...help me...
