Please advise on 6 Month Tests

Hi all, Glad you're all doing great. Does anyone have a list of the tests we need at 6 months? I'm having trouble finding an exact work-up and my PCP isn't familiar with what I need. A local surgeon who does WLS is willing to see me but it's $300-$400 just for the office visit and then $200-$400 for testing...yikes. I've been having a bit of trouble with being 'fuzzy' and tired...my completely non-medical opinion is a possible potassium or iron deficiency. I take B-12 sublingual but want to also check into getting a B-12 shot since a lot of you on here think that does the trick for you. Anyway, if anyone knows the ideal listing of tests we should receive at 6 months out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks again Lisa
