I'm live and a loser finally
The trip was great! To anyone that has any questions or reservations about coming to MEXICO for get them. I have been in many hospital in the US and never have I been treated so well.
I had one small complication they were on it fast and within minutes all was well again. My husband and I laughed with the Dr's and the nurses. My spanish stinks but they understood very well especially my jokes.
Not much pain, little sore when I get up and down and cough but other than that all is well. We are at the apartment now there is a funny odor but my husband keeps spraying the pretty stuff and I'm ok. I have to remember we are in a different country and have to adjust to different sents. For those of you who wished me well thank you so much. When I first got on here I wiped out my normal e mail and couldn't get it back. God bless to you all. I need to rest now. This is my first day out.

Hi Mariah!
Welcome to the losing side! It is a great side to be on. I'm glad everything went so well for you. Get your rest and walk, walk, walk. Keep us posted on your progress. It's a lot of fun to see how everyone progresses. Hang in there, it gets better all the time!

Hey Mariah!
So glad to hear all is well! Aren't they great there? I totally agree!
As for the scent...................................Are you in Apt. #1? If so, that is the apt. I was in and it seems we ran low on gas and it created a smell. We ignored it thinking it was just a different country or something, until we had no ho****er! Ask Rosella and she will have the guy check it out. I remember Tracy saying something about a smell at one point to. Maybe Apt. 1 isn't as efficient as #2 and runs out faster or something? I don't know, but Rosella took care of it very fast! Take care and welcome to the losing side! You will be melting in no time!

That is EXACTLY what happened to us. We were in apartment 1 and it, to say the least, stunk. It made me nauseous. I don't know if it was the gas or maybe a nasty candle or something, but our gas did run out and had to be replaced. I had a feeling it was the gas, because whenever my husband used the stove it reaked! The gas tank was changed, but the damage was done.
Anyway, we made it through!
Cheers!

Mariah,
It was so nice meeting you and your very sweet husband. I got a feeling he was a bit more scared about the surgery than you were!!
I'm glad you are out of the hospital and that all is well. What was the small complication you had? Just curious!
Trust me, that odor is not something you should be getting used to. It's the gas and it is repulsive!
Are you able to sleep in the bed comfortably?
Anyway! Glad you are well and keep us updated! When do you go home?
Cheers!
