Anyone dissatisfied with their wls surgery

I was wondering if anyone had any negative experiences going to Mexico? I have heard the positive things which is GREAT but I want to make sure my research has both sides of the story. So, if you have gone to Mexico for the lapband surgery and was not happy would you share your experience as to what went wrong? Thanks!
