Cashier's Checks for Dr. Aguirre.
Ah well I see my picture now graces the side of the messages! Well that's me in better looking days anyway.
Ok everyone (including Rosella) tells me to bring 2 cashier's checks. Well I have never in my banking life needed to use those, so what the heck are they. Nobody has specified an amount for either of them. How do they work?
Also, to prepare myself for being a post-op loser, can someone post a list of essentials to have at home afterwards? Like what vitamins I need, and certain foods and stuff? I want to have a list ready. If you have a link to a good list that will works too... oh and a I know a list exists on websites of what I should take to Ensenada, so if you could post one of those as well.
Thanks everyone!!
Jennifer

I found it most helpful. I loaded up one of my suitcases with TONS of stuff... including a hotplate, baby food, handywipes for EVERYTHING and flippie flops.
Run through most of her site... especially the links. As far as vitamins go, I use Viactiv (They've chocolate so be warned, they have 2 grams of sugar and 4 grams of carbs per square. ) They have most all of your essential vitamins. I simply couldn't or wouldn't tolerate those liquid vitamins. I didn't eat vitamins for two weeks. I tend to also take biotin by mouth, but vitamin b-12 through a shot. It is easier on me and my wallet as it is less than a pill.
PLease feel free to email me...Just lick on my name and a it will take you to a link, and then click email me.
Best Wishes!
P.S.
Ok, cashiers checks are the same as money orders. You're bank can draw them up for you. One needs to be made out to Alejandro Aguirre for $7,400
and one made out to Marco Antonio Susarrey for $2,000.
If you're staying in the apartments you can pay Rosella with cash or cashiers check. I'd take a cashiers check, it's safer. If Bambi is picking you up in San Diego you'll need to pay him in cash. You can pay him half when he picks you up and the rest when he drops you off. But I would pay him in full, personally, as I wouldn't want to be carrying any cash around with me unnecessarily. Just in case.
Hope that helped!
Cheers!
