Thank you everyone for your kind words and input. In response to questions regarding Open or Lap. Please know this, Lap is a less invasive surgery with a shorter recovery time. It does however require you to be under the anesthetic for a longer period of time. A number of surgeons, both US and international, suggested with my serious health concerns, the least amount of time under the better. So to answer the questions. It really wasn't about $2500.00. I did my homework and wouldn't change a thing. The trials and tribulations that I have been through make the success that much sweeter. That's 100lbs in 11 weeks.
