TJ Bandster Bash Slideshow

Hi everyone, I've been ask to put together a slideshow for the bash this year so here's what I need: First off this years slideshow is open to all bansters whether a patient of Dr. Kuri or another doctor (last year was a surprise present for Dr Kuri that is why it was limited to his band or fill patients for those with inquiring minds.) Secondly, the slideshow is solely for the enjoyment at the ba**** will not be used for any advertisement etc. Thirdly, you do NOT need to be at goal etc... all are welcome... newbies... during... and at goal... Please send me: 1.A "before" photo 2.A "during" photo (we can always update closer to bash) 3.A "after" photo for those at goal 4.Your start weight 5.Your now weight (we can update this right before bash) 6.Your first and last name 7.Your doctor's name 8.Your date of Banding...
