Anyone Know what Blood work we need

Im almost 6 months out and wanted to know if anyone has the list of what labs we are supposed to have done to check our levels? I have it somewhere but we just moved and so it's packed away somewhere and I can't find it. If anyone knows which tests we need please let me know Thanks Cindy
