Yes, defenetely a big YES. I have been keeping a few things to show a before and after in the clothe dpt. About the dumpping YES to that one, lately I have not, but there was a time I would. With some foods (solid foods) maybe because I ate too much. But at this point I can eat about anything, just small amounts. I tried calling you and no luck, e-mail me during the day at work. [email protected] Now I have another e-mail in for home: [email protected] The hotmail I still have it but I rather you sent me at work during the day and after hours and weekend to the bellsouth e-mail. You know I love you very much, and you are special in my heart, what we went thru in Mexico will never be forgoten and you are a part of that experience. That I will always keep. By the way can you e-mail me the picture you took in the appartment with me? Take care, Belkys

I really wasn't that much for protein drinks but in the very beginning I did drink the Isopure in the clear bottles. Your protein drinks can count for breakfast AND your liquids. By the way, stop comparing yourself. You are doing great! Those of that weighed well over 300 pounds tend to average a 100 pound loss in the first three to four months.

Hey Mary! That does make me feel better! Just think, in some circles I was actually considered, "a lightweight!" Genie
