? Fills after Mexico?

My procedure is scheduled for Thursday!!!! For those of you that have had the Lap-Band procedure, where do you get your fills in the states? Aftercare is very important to this procedure, so I was wondering if anyone has had any good experience with fills in the states? If so, could you please provide the doctors information or web address? Thanks!!
