44 pound loss:)

Hi guys , I hit my 2 month mark today and got on the scale and I've lost 44 pounds, YEAH. I am so happy. I got some water pills from my doctor and the swelling is going down. I am being really careful with my sodium intake. Just wanted to say Hi and update everyone on my loss, this is really fun. Candice

Hi Candice-----you sound better that you have in a long time! Yeah for You!!!!! I'm down 45 pounds now. I think I should be doing better----but, that's better than gaining! Tell your family I said hi!. Aren't we glad this is behind us!!!!! Take care, Cathy Fowler
