Monday food post!! :-D
Ok. I (for once!) beat my late night munchies!!! I have a habit of doing well until about 8 at night and then getting so I want something. I usually have popcorn or pork rinds or beef jerkey but still! I don't need that.
Anyway, yesterday I ate:
B: 1 c. cheerios w/ skim milk
L: whole wheat bagel w/ carb option peanut butter and no sugar jelly
D: toppings only off 2 squares of pizza--xtra cheese and pepperoni
Snack: healthsmart bar
Yay! I probably should have had a bit more protein, but at least I wasn't snackin on crap I didn't need!
