Wednesday food post
Hey everyone.
I had a bad food day yesterday as far as choices go. I didn't think it was so awful until I entered it into fitday at the end of the night, though.
Here is what I had:
B: 1 c. cheerios w/ milk
L: 1/2 c. mac n cheese (no butter in it)
2 oz bbq chicken chunks
snack: pork rinds
D: 1/2 c. pasta w/ alfredo sauce and mozz cheese
2 oz chicken breast
snack: healthsmart bar
It never occured to me until I entered it that I had chosen pasta for both lunch and dinner. Not a good choice. I have really been watching my portions, even to the point of measuring and weighing my food. But this just snuck up on me.
I am doing well today, but I really want an ear of corn tonight when my family has it for supper and that alone has over 20 g. of carbs. We'll see how the day goes.

Hi Everyone
I was informed yesterday (by my food patrol daughter) that although my food choices were ok, I needed to add more protein to my salad. So in being a good mother this is my post for today..
protein drink
B 1 egg, 2 center cut lean bacon
snack 6 cashews
lunch, 3 oz chicken/ rice
dinner, 4oz salad with cucumber,tomato, AVACADO, CHICKEN STRIPS, CHEESE and fattening ranch dressing on the side.
protein drink
64 oz liquid, vitamins
