Back from MEX! 4 Days post op

Hi Everyone, I'm back from Tijuana and surgery with Dr Ortiz. Things are good so far just a little soreness and gas. I'm trying to learn how to swallow without taking in any extra air so, the gas problem subsides. I'd love to find a live lap band support group in New York City. Any ideas? Thanks,

hey Kel :waving: Congrats on coming over to the loosing side. The gas thing lasts for awhile....i still have some troubles with it and i'm over a month out.

If you can't find a support group, maybe you could start your own. There's lots of folks in the NY section who i'm sure would love a support group.
