Wednesday food post
Hey Cindy,
Your food posts are so simple. I think I am snacking way too much. Granted it's not KK donuts and grilled stuft burritos but ya know, a bite of my kid's breakfast bar here, a chicken nugget there...anyway, I am trying to establish new habits so, on I go...
wake up: 3oz coffee w/creamer
Fuzzy Navel protein mixed with Crystal light (25oz)
breakfast:1/2 McD's sausage patty and a bite of hash brown
sugar free Kool Aide mixed with Crysatal light
snack: 2 bites of a Quaker Breakfast bar
lunch: 3 shrimp, 4 asparagus spears
another protein shake
dinner: ???
