Monday Food Post
Here's what I am having today:
B: 1/4 cup egg beaters
1 shaved slice of deli ham shredded
sprinkle of cheese
(ate about 3/4 of this)
L: Four cheese instant potatoes (?)
snack: protein shake-gonna try it anyway
D: au gratin potatoes made with carb countdown milk (?)
snack: don't know yet
started vitamins this week too.

Hey There Ladies!!!
Today so far I have had:
3 oz coffee with international delights
1/2 scrambled egg, a few crumbles of sausage, 1/2 slice pepperjack, 1/2 thin corn tortilla
20 ounces of Roadside Lemonade mixed with Crystal Light
later:
1/2 cup chicken enchillada leftovers made out of shredded chicken
Here's a quick adendum to my daily eating...
I just got back from Starbucks as a special treat and had a:
short (8oz) sugar free hazelnut, soy, decaf latte' and a bite of my two year old's butterhorn. Consumed about 120 calories!
I used to have a (everyday):
venti (24oz****d, triple shot, caramel macchioto made with whole milk and whip cream! Oh, I can't forget the scone! Consumed about 600-800 calories then.
Here's the clincher: I enjoyed today's drink a lot more than I did when I drank the fully loaded venti. Go Figure.
New habits a great. This surgery rocks!!!
