Help!

Hello, everyone... I need some help. I have been trying to e-mail and/or call Dr. Rumbaut in Monterrey for a couple of days now. All my e-mails bounce back and I haven't been able to get through on the phone either. Does anyone have alternate contact information from what is posted on this website?
