1/2 slice cheese
snack
2 saltines with peanut butter
Dinner
Turkey (Jenno O) with gravy on top of mashed potatoe
protein drink around 8:00pm

S - Protein Drink
L - Hormel chili
10 oz water
S - Pickle with peanut butter
D - Pot pie goodies
16 oz slushy milk for the girls on American Idol!
