Wednesday food post. Happy Hump day :)
Okay so Im trying out this low carb high protein diet for this week to see if that bumps me out of my rut. :hehe: Here is my scheduled meals for today. Total I should be over 100 grams of protein
breakfast
1 cup carb countdown chocolate milk
20 oz water
1 egg scrambled with cheese and green peppers
mid morning snack
champion pure whey chocolate protein drink 30 grams of protein
Lunch
2.5 oz of soft turkey roast with gravy 19 grams of protein
Snack
1 oz cheddar cheese - 5 grams of protein
Mid day snack
Champion pure whey chocolate protein drink 30 grams of protein
dinner
roast again 2.5 oz - 19 grams of protein
snack
1 oz cheddar cheese - 5 grams of protein
Going to shoot for 60 oz of water today but I dunno if I can get that much in. Wish me luck.. Everyone post what you are eating..

Today so far I've had...
3 oz coffee with 1t creamer
Breakfast:
3/4 scrambled egg w/Johnny's seasoning
a few crumbles of sausage
extra thin 4'' corn tortillia
shredded cheese
cilantro
Lunch will be:
Chicken breast in tomato feta sauce (leftovers)
Snack will be:
Chocolate protien shake
Dinner will be:
4 shrimp sauted in herbs
roasted asparagus, red onion and red peppers
snack will be:
protien pudding
All of this equals (in grams) approximately according to fitday.com:
90 protein
25 carbs
20 fat
40 ounces of water so far shooting for 40 more!!!

yay molly. I found the yummiest turkey roast in the frozen section of the grocery store it comes in a box and it's all white meat but omg it's so tender and melts in your mouth. I am so glad that i have found a nice soft meat that I can have. I love my lunch today.. yay Your doing so good in your weight loss You must be excited. Only 15 more pounds till you hit 200

Workout:
35 Minutes on Eplical Machine - Burned 393 calories
Dinner:
1 cup soup - Cream of Mushroom
Because of my workout I seem to have loosing 1-2 lbs a day

1 saltine cracker with yummy peanut butter

1/2 cup cream of potatoe soup
1 cracker with tuna fish or maybe peanut butter again

Hey Tracy.. What a big loser you are!!! Be careful doing too much too soon.. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes last night..
