a quick aprtment question...

i sleep with a c-pap machine and a fan. are the plug receptacles in the apartment the same as they are in virginia or do i need to buy some kind of adapter? thanks.

They already have fans and they are great so do not worry about those, also the electricity outlets and voltages are the same.
