Another Question about Dr.A's Apts
Oh my goodness. Funny you should ask. When we were there, a storm came. It poured rain for two days and it was FREEZING. The first couple nights was when I was in the hospital and my mom and daughter had to deal with it alone. My mother said it must have been about 50 degrees *inside*. She told Rosella about it and Rosella brought over a little tiny portable heater. They put it in the bedroom and kept the door closed so they could have ONE warm room. The people there are simply not used to cold weather. They are not prepared for it.
