Tomorrow I will be having the Duodenal Switch surgery. My surgeon is Dr. Adolfo Guevara Figari. I will let you all know how the surgery went. I can tell you now that Dr. Guevara is a really cool guy and he is very convinced that the DS is the best surgery for most bariatric patients.
