Just wondering. I have a freind with a PPO and she might be able to pick her own Doc but she has to pay a percentage of the cost, so we were trying to see if any Mexico Doctors take insurance from American companies.

American Insurance Companies will not pay for surgery in Mexico. Your friend could send the receipt for surgery in to her insurance on her own but no Mexican doctor will do surgery without pay upfront mostly because they know that any insurance in the US will not pay them back.
