Anyone had DS in Mexico or other country-?

Hi Guys: I have just recently started considering having the DS rather than the RNY. It seems that everyone is so happy with the DS and no more problems than one would expect from the RNY (maybe even less) I'm going to have to self-pay because of my insurance, so I am considering having it done in Mexico or Europe, or wherever I can get it done for less. The surgeon (Dr. Aguirre) I planned on using for the RNY doesn't do the DS so I'm starting my search all over again. Anyone have experience in this area and can recommend a surgeon out of the United States-? Thanks, Ray B.
