Looks like we have the same surgeon! I probably won't be of help to you if you are looking for the information for tax write off and such. I'm not sure what is required for taxes, so if there is something I need to compile, let me know. I got the impression I didn't need as much as some were getting though.... Dina

I had my surgery with Dr. Aguirre and Rosella faxed me a signed letter from Dr. A stating I had Open RNY with a the Surgeon Fee and Hospital Fee listed. I am sure she will provide this to you too after your surgery.
