How many fills and cost in U.S.

I am going to have lap band surgery in MX, but I am going to have the fills in the U.S., does anyone know how much fills cost and how many I will have to get done? Thank you for your help. Amber

Amber - are you referring to filling prescriptions? If so, I got one prescription for Toradol (supradol in Mexico) that was over the counter and never needed to use even that. I know lap surgeries cause a lot of gas build up and may need more meds afterwards, but for me, I needed nothing at all. I paid $9.00 for 10 Toradol tablets in Mexico (you are limited in how many you can take because of liver toxicity). In the US I was told by a nurse you couldn't get it in a prescription, but found out later you can, but it's limited on how often they will prescribe it. Either way, I'd expect to pay at least $25 or more for the same Rx in the US. Dina
