Authorization to return to work

Hi Has anyone gotten a authorization from Dr Aguirre to return to work? I wasn't planning on telling anyone at work about my surgery but I have loads of sick leave and wanted to use it instead of vacation. I cannot take more that 2 days without Dr approval. I work for the gov so I don't know if they will accept it. thanks

Dot, I asked Dr. A about this and he will give you whatever you need. But, I would suggest having it prepared in advance because I am doubtful that he has any standard forms. Have a great day!!
