Dr. Roberto A. Rumbaut in Monterey, any info or suggestions?

I, like so many others, am looking at Mexico for my WLS. I want the RNY Lap and live in south Texas, so I have been considering Dr. Rumbaut and Dr. Aguirre. There is more on this site about Dr. Aguirre. Does anyone have info on Dr. Rumbaut. The hospital he uses, in Monterey, looks incredible. I have also seen where he arrainges to have the patient picked up form the airport and taken to check in and hospital and hotel. Anything else about him?
