Need Lap RNY in Mexico

Hello Everyone, After 2 years of trying, came to reality of self-pay. Looking for a surgeon in Mexico who does the Lap version of RNY with total transectiion of stomach. Actually, just the Lap part is the most important to me. Is there anyone who knows who and where such a surgeon is? Dr. Aguirre told me via e-mail that there is one in Mexico City, but doesn't know his name.
