Letter for work

Hello!

I was wondering how did it go when you were seeking a letter for short term disability or other time off from work since having international surgery? Did your work give you a hard time? Did you need anything special? Is there anything in particular I need to ask? I haven't spoken to any doctors yet, but am getting all my research done. Am nervous and excited; hoping to get sleeved end of the year. Thanks!

I notified my facilitators about needing my FMLA documentation along with others documents required by my HR dept beforehand and they filled everything out and emailed it directly to my work. Just let your customer service person know what you need in advance and they should be able to take care of it. Good luck!
