Enough protein
Protein shakes were a must for me. I still have one a day to make sure I get enough protein in. I went online to Nashua Nutrition and ordered many samples to see what I like best. So far I have found the syntrax nectar in a few flavors I really like and chike protein coffee. I recommend that until you can eat enough to meet your numbers that you try to find one you like. Hi there - I rarely got 60gms in early out. If you like milk at all - a big glass of skim milk over crushed ice was a life saver for me - depending on the size of the glass - 10gms of protein. A few times a day - added up. High protein oatmeal - not sure if you are allowed that, yogurt, and of course good old boost. I know it's difficult - but you will feel so much better if you can get the required protein. Best of luck!

I got the majority of my protein from protein shakes that I found on Amazon....they are called MET RX and have 51 grams of protein.
