Has anyone had any interactions with or completed their surgery with Dr. Ramos Kelly in Tijuana? I will be talking to him in the next few days and hope to schedule sleeve surgery soon. Your thoughts would be appreciated!
I had a very nice conversation with him recently. His English is perfect as well as his understanding. Unfortunately he does not perform the procedure I was seeking, but he recommended Dr. Corvalo, with whom I've schedule my procedure with.
