Want to do gastric bypass revieion in Mexico. Any experience with this?

I am wondering if any of you have had rny revision in Mexico. I'd like to have it done in about November and need information and recommendations for a Dr. to do the surgery and how to arrange for accommodations etc. And anything else I should know about traveling to Mexico for surgery. Thanks for your help!
