Looking for someone.

Hello all, I am looking for a young lady that had her sleeve/resleeve/revision with Dr. Ramos Kelly on 3/6/14. We spoke some when we were getting our swallow tests together at Hospital Angeles. You were there with your husband and you were from L.A. I believe. You said that you would call me later, and I think that maybe you did, but you may have asked for me by the wrong name and I had been asleep and didn't catch on.
