They say to bring Gasex tabs or strips to help with the gas but can you tell me how much to bring?  Did it help?

I have found the chewable tablets but not the desolveable strips.  If you found Strips. where did you get them?

Thanks for your help.

It's not something that most hospitals have and when they do it's not in the chewable form but a pill or capsule. I think that they will be very useful once your stomach calms a bit. They are used to help get rid of the extra air that was pumped into you for the surgery.

If you are having the DS or the sleeve, bring a lot. When I woke up out of surgery I was in excruciating pain. I  was in so much pain that I had a massive panic attack. I never knew how painful gas could be. I ate so many of the anti gas tabs, I thought I was going to overdose. I don't know how many gas x come in a box. I would suggest two or maybe three boxes.
