How quickly did you get your passport?

And did you pay extra to have it expedited?

Looks like about three weeks. Have not got it back yet but I did pay extra for the expedited and am only getting a card. I did the application at the post office on March 9.  The application status said they would be mailing my passport card to me around the 24th. So close 2 1/2 - 3 weeks full turn around.

I ended up getting my passport card yesterday so that took 12 days. Not too bad huh.

 

When you fill out the passport application the web site will give you an updated estimate about how long it will take to get your passport.  Mine came one or two weeks before the estimated date.  I did not need to have it expedited. 

I received my passport three weeks after I applied and I didnt pay extra to have it quicker...
