Can't you reschedule your flight after taking some time to choose your surgeon carefully? There's no simple do-over after this - take the time now so you won't have regrets later.

Well it's past March 6 so I hope things worked out for you!  two days to find a surgeon you trust for such major surgery is not enough.  If you've already stepped back you might also consider that there are excellent PS in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, some of them mentioned on this board.
