Changed doctors and companies at the last minute?? WHAT?!!

I've been having a hard time with A Lighter Me.  Even though my coordinator was really sweet, things just weren't getting done and as my surgery date is steadily approaching, I realized that I needed to change companies and get everything taken care of.  I have switched to Ready4achange.  Alma is a sweetheart!  When I explained the situation, she was so professional and just simply guided me through signing up and filling out forms.  Unfortunately, I've had to change doctors too!  Ready4achange no longer works with Dr. Lopez and so I am having Dr. Garcia.  Crossing my fingers everything goes ok!

I am using ALighterMe and haven't had any problems...if you don't mind my asking, what problems did you run into?

Ooh, I am crossing my fingers for you as well.  I'm sure everything will go well.  I have heard a lot of people using ready4achange.  I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with alighterme.  

Sorry your having a hard time with your medical company.  I'm having my surgery in February with Dr. Garcia and have heard only good things about him. There is a video posted (I will try to find it for you) of a OH members journey and it showed her surgery with Dr. Garcia.  I'm going through Medical Tourism LLC and they seem ok. My coordinator is friendly and responsive but other than that I don't really hear from her.  

I had read awesome things about both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Garcia..so I'm confident about the surgery.  Medical Tourism LLC is a partner (at least this is what I heard from my patient coordinator) of A Lighter Me.  Like I mentioned in my original post..they were really nice and answered all my questions, they just weren't on top of things like I needed them to be.  I'm sure you'll do great!
