Smoking and nicotine test
Hi.. I am wondering if anyone has taken a nicotine test prior to surgery in Mexico? I was instructed to quit smoking two weeks before surgery. Miraculously i have been able to move to ecigs but these still have nicotine... Please no judgment, just honestly curious if anyone sleeved in Mexico has run into this.. specifically thinking about dr kelly in mexico...
Any insight is appreciated
I've smoked for about 10 years, and have given up heavy drugs easier than cigarettes. It sucks..and you will miss it..but you have to decide: Do you want to be a fat smoker, or a thinner non smoker? I quit cold turkey and, honestly, it was the easiest way I have ever tried. Trying to taper off or using nicotine replacements just made it worse for me. The BEST thing I found was to buy some really strong peppermint gum and after the first couple chews, take a couple really deep breaths. You get that burn in your throat like you do when you first start smoking a cigarette.
