DR. ACEVES PATIENTS!! Questions about pre-op diet for sleeve!
| so this is my frist day on the pre op diet and ive consumed 99 grams of protien today and 15 carbs! am i doing this right? i been kinda funky, like weak! i dont want to comsume any more protein today, the instructions say minimun of 60-70grams of protien and no more than 30 carbs. i feel like im over doing it! any advise? Thanks! |
