Has anyone gotten the sleeve by Dr. Alvarez in the past month? How much did you pay? isnt it like $8000? Thanks!

Did that $8,700 cover airfare as well? What did you have to pay out of pocket other then $8,700. I just want to be prepared once I decide to do this.
