Dr in Monterrey Mexico?

 Hi guys! i had the VGS 2 weeks ago here in houston. My mom is considering it, but since she is self pay we are considering maybe going to Mexico. The city where she is from is Monterrey, in the state of Nuevo Leon. Was wondering if anyone has gone there for their surgeries and could recomend a doc. and what was you experience life? 

if not. what doc in Mexico did you use? 

How far is Mexicali or Tijuana from your mom? Sorry don't know of any from the area you are looking at.
