Has anyone used Dr. Zapata?

I plan on geting my surgery in Monterrey,MX and was wondering if anyone used Dr. Zapata? I hear he's great,just trying to decide when to go w/2 kids I dont know when but hopefully before March.

Dr. Zapata is a talented, kind and honest man.  He uses a very good hospital in Monterrey and the care is great.
