hey everyone i had a question i been having low energy i did my blood work and everything normal any suggestions on how i can get energy? and i have one more question i broke in to the 200 i weigh 297 and am out in 6 month and it seems like i pick up then loose a pound then pick it back up any ideas how i can get the weight rolling again? thank you

Are you getting 60+ grams of protein a day. 30 gms or less of carbs? 64+ oz of sf liquid a day? Exercise?

all these things play into how much energy you will have.
If you are eating too many carbs you will be less energetic and your weight loss might stop.

lots of carb s will,make you hold water and that could account for the lose a pound gain a pound.

it might be the carbs i eat alot of salads you think that the problem

Probably,esp if you aren't putting a lot of protein on the salads. salad alone doesn't have much protein and you need protein for energy.

What about your liquids? dehydration can cause low energy big time....
