weried about the weight loss

i was woundering how much weight i should be lossing in a week? in the begaining i was looseine 6 to 10 pounds a weeks and for the past few weeks i been only looseing 2 pounds a week is that ok or do i need to b looseing more a week please help me with some advise thank you.........

That sounds about right. In the beginning a lot of the weight loss is water. After that is gone you start burning fat. You may have some weeks where you lose less and other weeks where you nwill lose more. Just work your plan and don't panic and you will be fine.
