3+ MONTHS AFTER VSG WITH DR. POMPA IN TJ

Just nine more pounds to my goal weight! 
This journey that started Oct 1st. 2010 has been remarkable. My surgery was a big success, and the care I received after is the most caring and nonjudgemental experience in my life.
My life has changed so much, because of how I feel about my self now. 
I'm looking and feeling better than ever. I think I can finally say that I have learned to eat healthy with the help of LIMARP'S nutritionist. The most difficult thing for me is sticking to my exercise routine, but i'm getting there.......one day at a time!!!
Thanks to Dr. Pompa I have lost more than 50 pounds since Oct 1, 2010. 
Life is happy!!

Way to go!!!  That is fantastic.  
I agree with you that this surgery has changed my life.  I never had a problem with what I ate, only how much.  VSG has given me the restriction and I am not hungry (at least not very often).  And if I am hungry it is true hunger, not bored, tired, stressed.
I can hardly wait until close to my goal.  Thanks for giving me the inspiration!!!

I get what you say about being really hungry and eating only what I need, oh! that restriction is the best thing! I hope you know that you will get to your goal. The hard work really pays off!
