02/07/11 with Dr. Aceves!!

I am thrilled and nervous at the same time. I'm getting all of my airfare and financing set up and still waiting on my passport but the date has been set!!!

What surgery are you having?

Congrats on your decision! What surgery and what Dr?
Perhaps before you tell your boyfriend you should tell him to listen closely to what you are about to say - tell him about your feelings about being over weight - how it makes you feel. Then tell him what you need most from him just as you stated in your post. Then tell him your decision. Again I would tell him to listen and absorb the information before he comments.

Are you going to ask him to travel with you as a companion? Are you bringing someone? Since I dont know the surgery or Dr I cannot make further recommendations. I wish you the very best in your discussion with your boyfriend and with your surgery!
